Menambahkan Status YM di Blog/Web

Nah, buat kamu yang hobby ngeblog, tidak ada salahnya mencoba fitur yang satu ini. Yaitu menambahkan status YM di blog yang kamu miliki. Mo tau caranya
  1. Pertama, kamu buka link berikut ini http://www.ymgen.com/
  2. Selanjutnya masukkan YM id kamu di kotak 'Type Your YM ID here'
  3. Kemudian pilih gambar status ym id yang kamu inginkan.
  4. Akan ditampilkan kode HTML untuk status YM id kamu, bisa langsung di-copy
  5. Lakukan paste ke halaman blog/web kamu, caranya buat widget yang baru
  6. Pilih HTML/Javascript tekan tombol "+", paste kode HTML-nya.
  7. Tempatkan widget yang baru kamu buat, sesuaikan dengan layout blog/web kamu.

Menjalankan Beberapa Account Yahoo Messenger

Secara default Anda hanya dapat menjalankan satu account YM pada suatu waktu. Dengan tips berikut ini anda dapat menjalankan beberapa account YM pada saat yang bersamaan, yaitu dengan melakukan sedikit setting registry pada computer anda. Berikut ini adalah langkah-langkahnya :
  1. Jalankan registry editor dengan cara klik tombol Start - Run. Ketik regedit lalu tekan enter.
  2. Masuk ke key HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Pager\Test.
  3. Pada panel sebelah kanan, klik kanan dan pilih menu New - DWord Value.
  4. Ketik Plural.
  5. Klik 2x pada Plural dan isi dengan nilai 1 (satu).
  6. Keluar dari registry editor.
Setelah selesai, coba buka beberapa jendela YM kemudian masukkan Account dan Password yang berbeda pada masing-masing jendela, Selamat Mencoba.

Usually I found in several blog or website, they show the status of Yahoo Messenger (YM) with many different style. And now you can do it by yourself. Here is how to show it:

Here is the note:
  1. Change ‘yourYMid‘ with your Yahoo Messenger ID
  2. change t=1 or t=2 with any style that you like it. You can see the Yahoo Messenger style on this picture below.

Run multiple instance of Yahoo! Messenger on a computer

By default, you are able to run only one instance of Yahoo! Messenger on a computer (under a single user account). Although you can create multiple user accounts to log in to several Yahoo! Messenger accounts simultaneously from a single computer, it involves lot of time and effort in switching users.

Adding a simple entry to the Windows registry will let you run multiple instances of Yahoo! Messenger simultaneously and sign in to as many accounts as you may have, all from a single user account on the same computer.
  1. Click Start
  2. Click Run
  3. Type regedit in the Open input box and hit ENTER key
  4. Navigate to : HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Yahoo\Pager\Test
  5. Click New on the Edit menu, and then click DWORD Value
  6. Type Plural, and hit the ENTER key to name the entry.
  7. In the right pane, right-click Plural, and then click Modify.
  8. In the Edit DWORD Value dialog box, type 1 under Value data.
Now run Yahoo! Messenger as usual। Every time you click/double click the Yahoo! Messenger icon in your Start Menu, on your Desktop or your Quick Launch a new instance of Yahoo! Messenger will be started. You can now sign in to multiple Yahoo! Messenger accounts and be notified of any new email you have on any of your Yahoo! accounts.
